Spin out with Wave Break
It has been just over a year since Ignite//Decay, but Wave Break has certainly not slowed down. All throughout 2025 they’ve played shows around the New Jersey scene as well as Summer Scream Fest, Emo Night and more. The band did release a track back in May of this year, “Easier Said” which sounded more or less like an extension of the previous record and drew my attention back to the EP after some months apart. Now, just a couple of months away from playing with The Foxies and Emblem3 they’ve released another new single, “Spinning Out.” Both tracks were produced by Ryan Weil. “Spinning Out” was mixed and mastered by ZK productions who have worked with Mayday Parade, Go Radio and a lot more. While I wouldn’t say “Spinning Out” is totally out of left field for Wave Break I’m pleasantly surprised by just how far into new territory they go.
